Refund and Cancellation Policy
Nalvo provides managed revenue-recovery services to qualified business clients.
The 30-Day Revenue Recovery Pilot is a service engagement that begins after payment and onboarding are completed.
Once work on the pilot has begun, fees are generally non-refundable because Nalvo allocates time and resources to the engagement.
If Nalvo is unable to provide the agreed services, any refund or credit will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
