Nalvo provides managed revenue-recovery services for businesses, including follow-up with unsold estimates and stale opportunities.
Use of Nalvo’s services is subject to a separate service agreement between Nalvo and each client.
Nalvo does not guarantee any specific amount of revenue, sales, appointments, conversions, or return on investment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access to relevant systems or opportunity data, and any permissions required for Nalvo to perform the agreed services.
Nalvo is not responsible for the client’s pricing, estimates, sales decisions, financing decisions, installations, customer service, or fulfillment.
Fees, service scope, duration, cancellation terms, and other engagement-specific terms are established in the applicable service agreement.
